You will have the opportunity to learn in detail about the international financial markets with our on-the-job training and mentoring.
- As a Trader, it starts with 4 weeks of intensive theoretical training and continues with a tailored program that provides exceptional insight into international financial markets
- You receive further ‘simulated’ training, ‘live’ training and continued real time mentoring with a Senior Trader / Head of Trading
- Successful candidates are trading live markets within the first 6-8 weeks
- As a Software Developer, you learn about the markets and receive on-the-job training to assist you to develop state-of-the-art applications for securities trading and related businesses
Tibra is looking for Trading candidates with:
- Highly advanced numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent (2:1 or above in the UK)
- An ability to think, act and communicate quickly and handle pressure
- The drive and discipline to become a successful trader
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
Tibra is looking for Software Developer candidates with:
- Skills in C++ and C#
- A superior algorithmic problem-solving mind
- A passion for elegant and efficient code
- An eye for detail and an understanding of code quality and testing concepts
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
We are also looking for Middle Office and Risk Management professionals. Tibra could not function without the support infrastructure in place - the people supporting Traders and Software Developers. Tibra invests in all areas of our company that are crucial to help our growth, including Operational Risk, Market Risk, Finance, Human Resources and Administration. Within Tibra Capital, you will learn about the investment markets and the role we play within them.
