We're looking for junior traders and experienced option traders across a wide range of asset classes with:
- highly advanced numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- bachelors degree or equivalent with excellent academic results (UK - 2:1 or above, USA - 3.2 GPA or above)
- an ability to think, act and communicate quickly and handle pressure
- the drive and discipline to achieve your goals as a trader
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
Development
We're looking for software developer candidates with:
- skills in C++ and/or C#
- a superior algorithmic problem-solving mind
- a passion for elegant and efficient code
- an eye for detail and an understanding of code quality and testing concepts
- bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- excellent written and verbal English skills.
