Tibra Junior Trading Program
Trading live markets within 8 weeks
Our Junior trading program is designed to get the best people into the trading room and trading fast: building their skills, and honing their instincts as soon possible.
It begins with 4 weeks intensive theory training and continues with a specifically designed program to give you insight into international financial markets.
This is followed by simulated training, 'live' training and then real time mentoring with a senior trader.
If you’re successful you’ll be trading in live markets within 8 weeks.
Do you tick all these boxes? We want to hear from you:
- Highly advanced numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent with excellent academic results (UK - 2:1 or above, USA - 3.0 GPA or above)
- An ability to think and act quickly and handle pressure
- The drive and discipline to achieve your goals as a trader
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Motivated to make a difference and enjoy a fast-paced career
