We make sure via a rigorous recruitment process:

    Step 1:    We review your CV
    Step 2:    For traders - a maths and logic test. Applicants for our Junior Trading Program will be invited to
                     complete an online test before sitting a paper test.
                     For developers – a programming skills test
    Step 3:    Interviews with HR and a director, senior trader or senior software developer
 

Maths & Logic test - what to expect

There’s 30 minutes of Maths followed by 60 minutes of Logic. The tests are designed for speed and accuracy and seek to recreate the pressured trading environment. All trader candidates are required to sit the test and we tend not to disclose too much information about them. You should enjoy the challenge.


Programming Skills Test - what to expect

This test (C++ and/or C#) is designed to determine your competency in important areas such as reading, writing and designing code.
